Road Safety Guide

1. Understanding Traffic Rules

Speed Limits:Always adhere to the speed limits displayed on road signs. These limits are in place for your safety and the safety of others.

Right of Way:Know the rules for giving right of way, particularly at intersections, roundabouts, and pedestrian crossings. Always yield to emergency vehicles.

Traffic Signs and Signals:Be aware of all road signs, signals, and markings. Obey traffic lights and be cautious of warning signs that indicate potential hazards ahead.

To Drive Legally on the Roads,

you must have a valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle you are operating. Ensure your vehicle is registered, insured, and in roadworthy condition. Always follow traffic laws, including obeying speed limits, traffic signs, and signals. You must not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair your abilities. Lastly, wearing seat belts and ensuring passengers are safely restrained is mandatory for all journeys.
